The ministry action plan is the most important aspect of your ministry effectiveness. This is how you will implement the ministry God has given you. Please keep your ministry action plan in mind as you prepare for the coming year.
Your ministry runs from January 1 to December 31. Now, obviously, you have come on staff in October. The reason is planning. Don't waste this time! You plan to fail when you fail to plan. And planning without prayer results in no plan and a lot of last-minute prayers. Use this time wisely.
